What if my delivery takes longer than expected?

Very occasionally delays can occur, especially during the Christmas season. Please allow extra time for delivery at this time. Although Royal Mail’s “Signed For” service allows a degree of tracking, we are unable to effect an earlier delivery.

What if my parcel is lost?

We cannot accept any claim for non-delivery until 35 days after despatch. After this period we will despatch replacement goods.

How about customs duties and local taxes?

The vast majority of international deliveries do not attract any customs duties or local taxes due to the relatively low order value.

Where customs duty, local taxes or other charges are incurred you are responsible and will be advised of any payment due by your local postal service. British Braces are not responsible for any duties or other additional charges.

Can I return all or part of my order?

Yes, any items returned should be in original packaging and unused. Please use a recorded/signed for delivery service.
