Returns are only accepted if we are notified within fourteen days of receipt, this period exceeds our statutary obligations and will only be extended by specific arrangement. If you need to return a product then click on the link below to print out a returns label. Please attach the return label to your parcel and make sure you include your details inside the parcel so that we can refund you.
We will however only refund the price of the item and not the original postage or indeed the cost of the return postage, this is in accordance with the distant selling regulations. If the item however is faulty you will be re-imbursed the full amount.
If you returning an unwanted item then it should be in the original packaging and unworn.

Christmas Presents
We understand that a Christmas present may not always be wanted. We hope that our Christmas returns policy means that the customer may purchase in confidence. Unwanted Christmas presents purchased from 15th November onwards can be returned until 15th day of the new year. This concession applies to all products sold by British Braces.
